Rental company Marenostrum Srl. is the owner of  nine apartments in the Crown Plaza Park building.  Renting an apartment from us means choosing for quality, good service and security. Marenostrum has an excellent reputation which is very important to us.  To keep the standards high we maintain our apartments well and select our tenants carefully. Our tenants are mainly Expats, Governmental Institutes, Non Governmental Organisations, Embassies, Financial Institutes and International Companies and their employees. Our company strives to be in line with international rental standards of  service, quality and transparency.  

To rent with from you will need to have sufficient income to pay the monthly rent.  Therefore, we may have to ask our new (private) clients  for documents that can prove sufficient funds to pay the monthly rent and utilities. This can be a labor contract or any other document that proves  income or credibility.  To be in full compliance with progressive Moldavian laws and to be fully transparent with all governmental institutes and avoid discussions we do not accept rent payments in cash.  For all payments to us the tenant receives (fiscal) invoices. Please note, we are only the owners of the apartments advertised. Prices indicated on our website are applicable when you rent directly from us.  A commission is payable for apartments advertised by Brokers. This commission is paid by the landlord to the broker. Therefore, if you prefer to rent with by broker our  price can increase 8,3% due to a mediation fee (1 month rent from a year).  Prices indicated on our website are  frequently updated  and depend on terms and conditions and are negotiable.
